χ2-FI300™ Fluorescence Intensity system
Unlike any other commercial fiber photometry systems on the market, χ2-FI300™ measures the fluorescence intensity directly in terms of the number of single photons detected, instead of deriving the fluorescence intensity through signal processing. χ2-FI300™ is a fiber photometry system designed for in vivo fluorescence intensity measurements and time lapse recordings in freely moving animals. An optical fiber with a detachable tip allows repeated, long-term measurements.
