χ2-200™

is a stand-alone and portable spectroscopy system using time-correlated single counting technology (TCSPC) for in vivo fluorescence lifetime measurements and photometry recordings through optical fibers. χ2-200™ is equipped with a picosecond laser and up to four single-photon counting detectors. The hardware includes electronics, optics, and special purpose fiber-optical probes. The software enables fluorescence lifetime measurements and photometry recordings in freely moving animals. Up to four optical fiber probes with detachable tips allow repeated, long-term, and simultaneous measurements.
